We discuss the very mirrored process of purification and healing we both went through in reclaiming our sexual energy as pervious highly sexual beings with ‘over sexed’ pasts. We unpack the process of stepping into sexual sovereignty, the amazing power of our life-force (kundalini), and how people can begin to work with this energy to liberate themselves from trauma, shame, guilt and victimhood.
